CNA Brush-up Before Recertification Question

Okay, I have been a cna for 11 yrs , the past five working for a place just over the border, in IOWA. After leaving my husband, my son and I were forced to move back in with my parents, in Wisconsin and start over, my having lost my job during maternity leave a few months ago. I was first devestated to learn that Iowa and Wisconsin were no longer interchangible for CNA certification. Then I learned that I could still "test out" without having to retake the course, but I only have ONE chance. Now I am an excellent CNA, however I do know that for the written exam, I need just a little "brush up" for certain exact questions and for the skills exam, I just need a little review on a couple procedures, as I have not been working as a cna for a few months. I don't feel i need to retake the whole course, however, is there anyway I could review things a little before? Like, is there a CNA training book or website or something that I could get my hands on? Any suggestions would be VERY helpful! Thanks!:D

If you are a "book" person, community colleges in the area usually carry the state's CNA manual in their bookstores for purchase.

I have an excellent textbook called "Health Care Science Technology" by Kathryn Booth that is often used at the local vocational school in my area to supplement the state's manual for their high school CNA classes. You can find it brand new on Amazon.com for around $10-15. It has real photos of the skills being done as well as rationales for doing them.
