Hello I'm new here.actually I am waiting for my eligibilty and the last requirement that they need from me is the CLINCAL ROTATION the problem is we didn't have the clearance thingy that i been seeing people talk about at our school. Would it be acceptable if my case form would be sent instead. PLEASE I need help.
tsimitpo 38 Posts Aug 20, 2011 Hi, any chance that you are a foreign graduate?Reason I ask is because I was in the same situation during my application and all I had were my documented cases and clinical experience hours. I had to work with the foreign school a little and in the end, they ended up creating a document that listed all my clinical rotations, dates, preceptors, etc.

eine 75 Posts Aug 21, 2011 hey,,,where u from ianne? ...i also have same problem with my application..im also thinking of the Cases i had,,but i got low chances coz im not a fresh grad so idk were are some of my documents,,tsk,tsk,i bet this is CA application,right?!? have u tried emailing them?!?

Aug 21, 2011 Moved to the International forum,May be worth asking your school to resend transcripts and make sure that both clinical and theory elements are included
ianne 3 Posts Aug 21, 2011 @eine i'm from the philippines. yes it's for california. coz i read some things in other forums about send the cases but not really sure if it would be ok. and i haven't trid emailing them though.@silverdragon102 actually i've tried that but our school doesn't have the clinical rotations with the instructors signatures and the bon is asking for the rotations schedule with instructors signature.
