Clinical Rotation Ideas

I will be leading a group of community health students in an outpatient setting. I'd like input as to your clinical experiences...the good, the bad and the ugly! In other words, what worked for you in the community health rotation, what were the highlights of your clinical rotation. Any and all comments greatly appreciated. This is my first experience with teaching and I want this to be a good experience for the students.

A few other details: I'm working with a group of accelerated students. They are transitioning from other careers to nursing. I have 8 students in total. My background is in critical care: ER/ICU.
