I recently accepted an RN position with the Cleveland Clinic and am in the process of preparing for a Basic ECG Test, a Medication Math Test, and a PBDS assessment.
Has anyone gone through this process with the Clinic before that can give me some insight? I'm curious in knowing how difficult these tests are and what I can do to prepare to ensure that I perform at my best.
Thank You!
How long did it take to get feedback after your first interview? I had a phone interview last Friday and was told my application would be moved to pool.. Good luck to everyone that's in the process of interviewing or got a job...
Did you ever get contacted after the first interview? I was invited for a second interview but the next day they told me the position was filled and now I'm no longer in the pool
It's Awful! I've been a nurse for 8 yrs and was always one of the strongest on my old unit. I felt like my bones were going to rip out of my body. A computer will tell it what u should be able to do according to hieght and weight and then as u are on the machine the faster and harder u go, the more resistance. I was just told that machine only passed me for light duty which I think is bs

I just accepted a job offer from the Clinic in one of the cardiovascular ICUs. I am a new grad
, so I know this is going to be tough but do-able. I'm very excited!
I have some of the pre-employment testing coming up soon. I'm nervous about being able to pass the fitness test, specifically the shoulder as I do not have a lot of upper body strength. I do workout pretty regularly (I'm a female and I can even do a good amount of real pushups on my toes)... but I'm still not particularly strong. Any advice?
