I'm currently a senior in high school...I'm wondering what classes should I take my freshman year in college, if I want to begin a career in nursing?...
I don't know where you live, but some community classes offer CNA training at a low cost. They also have ROP classes (Regional Occupational Program) where some offer free classes, if not, cheaper than most. All you have to pay are your books and uniforms.

Sometimes nursing homes will give you CNA classes if you agree to work for them for awhile after you finish them. Sometimes they make you pay first and then, after you've been with them the time you agreed, they pay you back.
