Class Pins

Hi There,

Can anyone out there tell me of a company/magazine/website that sells these class pins we are supposed to use for pinning ceremonies? I have to order some for my classmates for our ceremony in May and so far I haven't found a place that sells decent looking class pins. If anyone has the inside scoop, I would really appreciate it if you tell me where to look.

I just got an order form for class pins through this company via my school's nursing lab coordinator. They look a bit spendy though.

Your school should have an established, traditional pin design that is unique to the school, and someone at the school (faculty/administration) should be able to tell you who makes the pins for the school.

The point of the pin is that it identifies your school -- you don't just order "generic" class pins like ordering pantyhose! (Or, have things really changed that much in nursing ... :uhoh21: )

I guess for some of us they have changed. We don't have the option of a school-specific pin. Good point to check with admin. though

Thank you Elk Park. I realize that a school should have an established pin an "emblem" specific of that school. They should also have a traditional established ceremony also. I wish that my instructors were more helpful in this matter, but unfortunately they have bestowed all of the responsibility for the entire pinning ceremony (cost, idea, fundraising, planning, location, pins, etc.) upon the students....more specifically upon the class president. So I have to use any resource I can to get this job done. I'll be glad when its over.
