Has anyone gotten an email from Clackamas or PCC? I haven’t heard about any delays or emails for moving forward or declined.

How do you think the CCC interviews went this year?! I’m bummed to hear they’re only taking 18 students ?

 

Has anyone heard back from PCC? I know MHCC sent out their letters of acceptance 

 

Did anyone apply to Columbia gorge community college?

So bummed to hear that they are accepting so little! They mentioned something about interviewing 77 people?? Crazy!

Yeah that’s crazy! Sounds like a shortage of instructors which is too bad since there’s a shortage of nurses! Did you apply to CCC? If so, how’d the interview go for you?!

Yeah ? It's unfortunate. I had my interview last Wednesday! I think overall it went well. This is my first year applying and CCC's questions were so different from what I was used to. Do you know how many points the interview portion is?

Yeah! The interview questions are a little different than the traditional nursing school interview questions that I had researcher. This was my second time interviewing! How many points did you have going in? From my understanding, it’s out of 100 points and so out of 54 for the first part and then we get 6 for the essay so that means the interview is 40 points.

I have heard back from Clackamas CC and have been chosen to move forward with the interview process. I was hoping to ask those who have been through the process what it all looks like? I know there will be four other applicants in the interview, so does that mean we all take turns to answer the questions they may have?

Hi Isabella! When I interviewed, we each took turns answering different questions. But our program has recently had some new instructors so I'm not sure if they're going to do the interview process the same way but it sounds like they are! Congrats and good luck!
