That’s great!! Nice job!! Last year I had 44 so I tried to bring my points up a little bit. I don’t think the points really matter though I’ve heard of people getting in with lower points! I did my best! I could’ve done better but I’m not dreading on it. Did they say tomorrow we’d hear back? My colleague told me Monday? Either way, fingers crossed for us!!

I got on the waitlist for CGCC but CCC is my first choice! Also my second time interviewing with them. I had 48 points going into the interview but it’s disheartening to know they’re only taking 18 students in their corhort this year :(

Yeah! The interview questions are a little different than the traditional nursing school interview questions that I had researcher. This was my second time interviewing! How many points did you have going in? From my understanding, it’s out of 100 points and so out of 54 for the first part and then we get 6 for the essay so that means the interview is 40 points.

Yeah that’s crazy! Sounds like a shortage of instructors which is too bad since there’s a shortage of nurses! Did you apply to CCC? If so, how’d the interview go for you?!

Hi! This will be my second time interviewing with CCC. I didn’t get in last year/ not waitlisted. They are also my first choice! Good luck on the interview!!

We’re commenting on an old thread so sorry to those who are getting these notifications! I don’t know how to message you directly but last year I had an interview but didn’t get in or waitlisted. I thought we would’ve heard back by today since it’s been two weeks since they sent us the “how many points we have” email. They seem to be more behind compared to last year. Last year I think had 43 or 44 points and was selected to interview. This year I have 48. How about you? I think since we didn’t hear back today we must be hearing back Monday or Friday.

Hi! I got that points email two weeks ago too. We should be hearing back today for the invite to interview! Last year they sent them out in the afternoon so I’m assuming it’ll happen again and be sent out this afternoon. Fingers crossed!

Hi! Have you taken a HRST exam before? I didn't get into PCC but I did get into the second phase for another community college outside of the Portland area. I am just wondering how people are studying for this exam! Thanks!
