Hi! I have not seen a discussion forum going on for this term, so I decided to create one! Does anyone know when we might get an admission offer? I saw they extended the deadline.

I would LOVE to show solidarity and go together. The gaslighting is making me so anxious and frustrated.

does anyone know the reason why they didn't accept a HESI after the deadline extension? bc how is it a fair application process if we can't use a good HESI score? do they just go based off of GPA? 😭

Yeah, so when I called and asked why they were waving the HESI exam. They said they wanted to see the success rate of people who do not take the exam and pass nursing school.

I can see that, but I had a good HESI score so I am a little bummed that they wouldn't accept it. It just doesn't seem like a fair approach to a "fair and just" choosing of who gets in bc the first half of applicants can get in based on 2 things (GPA & HESI) and the second half of applicants are only allowed one.

We're getting to the end of the period. Has anyone heard back since the 21st?  Has anyone been denied yet or waitlisted?

Another wave of acceptances came out this past Monday (3/25 @ around 4pm) !!

My bf just got a declined email today. 
he did take the HESI about a week before the 03/15 extended deadline and did fairly well.  He had also called the school to ask about the HESI and which version to take before taking it and def kinda odd that they never mentioned the HESI wasn't required for Summer term.

I applied to both Summer and fall and got in for the Summer program.  Very excited to start!  Since some ask stats, 4.0 GPA and 97 HESI,
