City Tech Spring 2021

Hey all aspiring future RN's ! I'm transferring to City tech in fall 2020. Then I plan on applying to City Tech Spring 2021 RN program. I just need to take one more class MAT 1190. Does anyone else plan on applying? Current students in the RN program do you have any advice?

Hey! After paying for the drug test, it should appear on your Castle Branch To-do list. If you press the blue plus button, you’ll see your drug test registration form. There are instructions on that paper, and you’ll see a link. Use that link to find a LabCorp facility near your house. You’ll have to schedule an appointment at one of the facilities by going on labcorp.com. It tells you further instructions at the end after you schedule an appointment. Hope I explained it clearly!

As for the CPR certification, I’m waiting for them to tell us when to get it done.

Thank you so much, I appreciate it. I'll be doing that, as well as watching all the videos from medcom. Im abt to order the uniforms they want us to get. Hopefully we will see each other in class soon!

He just told me to email the transfer department and psychology department and they just ended up telling me to take PSY 2301..?

Hi everyone, 
I received the email yesterday, I didn’t get in for this semester. Thank you to all that answered my questions and sent positivity! I wish you all a great academic semester and the start of your nursing career!  ? 

If anyone can share whether or not they got in this semester with a 3.5GPA and or if they know what the cut off is I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you so much for your kind words! Let me just say that everything truly does happen for a reason and I know this may not be what you wanted, but try to not let this bring you down (that’s easier said than done?)! Use this opportunity to get what you need to get done to make your application stand out more and apply again next semester!! :))

@VivianC hey girl , I didn’t get in as well . I also had a 3.5 ?. I feel embarrassed and discouraged . What are your plans now if you don’t mind me asking ?

Hey, I got my acceptance today too. How long did it take registrar to change  your majors to nursing, so you guys could register for classes?
