I just applied for the nursing program at city tech for Fall 2018. Gpa 3.53 and teas 69. Any chances i have of getting in guys?

Hey, I got the same email about proof of residency. Were you able to get through? Not sure why but my email keeps bouncing back.

I just called the residency department and they were like you are all good don't need anything

I have the same problem. I can not be on orientation.. Did you contact the department?

I called the number they provided they said I don't need anything and then I called back the nursing department and I think they just marked me off the list and said you all good then.

By the way does anyone know what book we have to read over the summer in prep for the first semester?

I went to the department today and they told me it's ok not to be on orientation, emailed me all the things I have to do. I already did everything including drug and background check, CPR, certificates, vaccines. If you are leaving on 25th you wont have time to finish all that, and clinical requirements must be one 1 month before semester starts.

I contacted the department and they said that the residency email is sent out to everyone. She also said that on cunyfirst you can check your residency status and if you need to hand in proof.

Does anyone know how to check on cunyfirst?

Can you tell me exactly what date the clinical requirements are due including the drug test, background check, cpr, etc. I need to know how long I have to save up $$ for all these things.
