City Tech Fall 2018

I just applied for the nursing program at city tech for Fall 2018. Gpa 3.53 and teas 69. Any chances i have of getting in guys?

are you registering for both classes at the same time? if you try to do 1 class at a time it wont let you.

Yes I did register for nur 1030 plus clinicals and after that for nur 1010

May sound ridiculous but back when i got into the program, i had the same problem. registrar told me that i need to select both classes at the same time and then click register while both classes are selected. but if you tried that and it still doesn't work then it could just be that registrar hasn't gotten to your name yet. they receive a list of all your names from the nursing department and they say that it takes time to get to all the students. Just keep refreshing your page and trying. It will let you register sooner or later.

It seems everyone has been able to register except for me.. It's not allowing me to. I tried both at the same time and separately

Hi guys, if i miss the orientation on june 25, what will happand? Do u know? I didnt know anything about the orientation in june, i thought it will be in august if it will be, so 1 month ago when semester finish i gone to overseas for summer vacation. If i knew about orientation i would stay and wait. I was sure about my acceptance as i have gpa 4.00. I need to spend time vacation in my home country with family. I will be back the end of august. Now should i fly back to new york buy round trip ticket for $1000 for 1 day orientation and go back to my home country?? or if i miss the orientation nothing serois will happand?Any advice from u guys? :-((

The letter states that orientation is mandatory so in my opinion you have to come. Call the nursing department ask them.

Did anyone get their letter in the mail yet? I haven't received it yet, just wondering if anyone else did. (I already got the email last week)

I think they are going "green" and not sending letter this year. Just emails and everything else will be given to us at the orientation.
