I would like to start a thread for those of us who have applied for the Fall 2014 Nursing Program at the City Colleges of Chicago. Please post if you have any information you might have regarding acceptance letters and also ask questions regarding the process. I think this will be helpful for applicants as far as how the acceptance process is coming along as well as support through the waiting period.
Heartland Health Centers are available to complete all medical requirements for a one-time fee of $250.00. Acceptable payments options are cash or credit card. The fee will be due at your scheduled appointment time. Do not forget to bring all City Colleges of Chicago documents with you (see attachment).....there is no attachment ..LOL
