Hello everyone what do you consider as chronic conditions Im going to submit my monthy report and i include asthma diabetes ADHD and a few more but should SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES , bee allergies be included
I do. Is there a separate section for allergies?
Anything with a preexisting med would qualify as far as I'm concerned.
In Pennsylvania reportable conditions are: Life threatening allergy, life threatening food allergy, asthma, bleeding disorder, ADD, ADHD, torrette's, diabetes, arthritis/rheumatic, cardiovascular conditions(lumped together), cerebral palsy, cyctic fibrosis, epilepsy/seizure, sickle cells, and spina bifida. These are counted even the nurse never sees the kid. Meds are counted as Analgesic, antibiotic, anticonvulsant, versed, diastat, antihistamine, epi, anti-inflammatory, asthmatic, diabetic oral, insulin, glucose, glucagon, GI, GI enzymes, ADD/ADHD, other psychotropics, and other-these count per administration.
Hope that helps!
