I have applied to several positions at Christiana recently, and I've received rejection emails for two of the four I've recently applied to. I know from experience that Christiana weeds the applications out pretty quickly and i did receive those rejections pretty much right away (2-3 days after). My question is, i feel like i actually have a shot at the positions i have yet to be rejected from but i still haven't heard back and its been almost a month. There is no getting through to HR by phone or email...should i get my eager but down there and walk into an office of a recruiter or should i give it some more time? Btw, i have a BSN and a little over a year experience in skilled nursing, sub acute rehab. Thanks for any advice offered

This is old but question were you able to get a job from them? I have a BSN and also a 3 year experience at SNF/Rehab. I was recruited before but I was not ready to work in Deleware yet.
