Choosing job offers

Lookin for Advice:

I had 2 interviews on the same day for float pool positions at 2 different hospitals. The recruiter/hiring manager at the large metro teaching hospital, which was my first choice, said she was going on vacation for 3 wks so it will be 2-3 weeks before I hear back. Ive emailed her twice but no answer...In the meantime, I was offered a job at the smaller hospital, which I accepted on the phone but not officially by paperwork yet.

Should I move forward with this smaller hospital and then if I am offered the other job, see if I can unaccept the smaller hospital, OR should I just stay with the smaller hospital and if I dont like it in a few months I can find a new job?! Any advice appreciated!!

As float pool, you can take both positions. It's a good thing, you can complete orientation at the smaller hospital, then do orientation at the other facility.

Been there done, that. I had 3 float positions going at once. You will be able to take your pick of assignments.
