hi i would like to ask question regarding what is the process of hiring an applicant at the said hospital? my friend took his qualifying exam there days ago. he said the HR will contact the successful applicant who belong to the top rank and be schedule for an interview by the nursing service. my question is how long will it take them and the procedure that will follow after it?

congrats! prepare yourself for a roller coaster experience as the CHH is gearing again for the re-accreditation of JCI and that Gold seal next year...so many things to learn and re-learn and will be adjusting on it accordingly....the only thing I can advise you is no matter how tired you are don't give up specially on your orientee and probationary days...keep us updated..:yeah:

The real thing that really makes me anxious and nervous is my Cebuano. I'm barely 2 m0nths here in Visayas. Would it be just fine if I instruct or converse with the patient/doctors in English or in Tagalog? Do you think the patients will be disappointed when they hear my language. I'm really having a hard time learning Cebuano.

where did you come from originally? it will not be a problem you just need more time to adjust and learn the language of bisaya. you can never tell maybe you'll be assigned at our floor and be your preceptor..hehe...congrats ! :yeah:

I'm originally from Quezon City. Yes, you're right maybe I just need more time to adjust. We can never tell next month or two I'll be one of your orientees. I'm really excited at the same time nervous, please have more patience on us when the time comes we're on the unit. :lol2:

hows your didactic lecture going? I see a lot from you after your class near the Pharmacy..are you all nurses or mix with nursing aide? I heard your quite big in number , more than 50's....anyway see you in patient care unit sometime mid October...enjoy the long hours of lecture! hehe....;)

hi newbornballer ! Are you a 2010 graduate or 2011? I'm just hesitant to try my luck at CHH because I've heard that they usually prefer to hire those fresh graduates .
