Hello, wanted to start a group for those who applied to CHOC's RN Residency program beginning in August.
@Dasher002 I applied but I feel like starting 35$ is way too low for a new grad ? and I have a friend who works there each year they get like 50 cent raise.
I got another offer at a different hospital in LB not in Peds but starting pay 53 + night differential and 1 year residency program. I may take it and then switched specialties later on.
@doglover223 that's a significant pay difference. sounds like a good plan to get your feet wet then see if Peds is still your jam, you never know!
could someone drop the link for CHOC Feb 2024 New Grad RN Residency here?
