Has anyone applied yet. Im so nervous and that application was so long. I chose PICU as the unit I want to work on. Hope I will be called for an interview. I graduate june 2013 idk if I will even be considered. Anyhow lets support each other

I have had the same experience as [COLOR=#003366]missnurse18.... I applied for Med/Surg and I've heard nothing since the initial email saying that I moved on to the next stage....Maybe they haven't called Med/Surg people yet? I haven't seen anyone on hear post that they've had an interview....

Same situation. I applied to med/surg and no word on interviews. I'm anxious!!!

It seems like a trend on past years that med-surg either doesn't get back to people or does so belatedly ....urgh and I thought it was my best bet!

Has anyone who was interviewed heard from their unit? I was told to wait until the end of May to hear back , but it's making me worried because May is almost over!

I called to inquire and there was a lengthy pre-recorded message which stated that only CVICU is still reviewing applications and will be calling people in for interviews "soon". It looks like all the other units are done calling folks in for interviews. Also, the recording mentioned that anyone who was not selected will receive acknowledgment of not being selected once the hiring decisions have been made. So for those of us still waiting on CVICU, keep those fingers crossed! :) To everyone else: 1) congrats on being chosen or 2) keep the faith and best of luck with getting a job somewhere else!!
