Congrats! May i ask how did you prepare and what type of questions they asked? I appplied to surgical and have not heard anything... =(

Thank you! Four panelists interviewed me and they were all very nice! I brought in a portfolio with my resume, cover letter, letters of rec, some assignments/EBP projects/group projects that seemed pertinent to Hem/Onc...they seemed to really like that! The interview lasted about 30 minutes and they asked all behavioral/situational questions like strengths, weaknesses, tell me about a time when ___ happened etc. Nothing very complicated! And it's always a good idea to have questions to ask them at the end of your interview!!

Had my PICU interview today thought it went well they're supper nice. Said we would hear by next week. not sure if other units are doing it that fast

Does anyone remember the names of the 3 PICU interviewers today. It was alisa, Monique and one more name that I can't remember.

It's hard to say. They seem friendly and everything went well, but I can't tell if I did good or not since they probably be nice to everyone too. It's gonna be a long wait for that phone call/email. Anyway we did our best. Good luck to us all.
