Hi everyone starting this chain for CHOC applications. I know they said applications are normally out this week, anyone know the exact day?

Yeah it's soooooo competitive!  I even the asked the panel why is your guys interview process so hard compared to others and they all laughed LMAO but in short its basically to weed out the weaker applicants LOL. Best of luck to you and everyone else who interviewed!! I hope everyone here gets the job of their dreams :-)

Just curious, anyone ever ask what the starting rate was for new grad RN? I've looked  at other forums on this and even reddit threads and heard it's around the 37-42$ Range. Wonder if its still true for this cohort.

Thank you! I am had preceptorship there but still considered external when I applied!

When I talked to HR, they said we should expect to hear by Friday at the earliest, but it could also be until next week! Stay positive everyone 🙂
