I applied for NICU too. Haven't heard back yet but I asked around and heard that yes you start at $35 but you get bumped to $42 after the residency period (I think that's 21 weeks for NICU?) then you can get a night shift differential of around $7. My numbers are ballpark based on someone that was hired in 2022!

Did your application also say you'd hear back by the 30th if you got an interview?
