I just got a text saying I will get a call with good news tomorrow from the woman who did my screening!

Yeah, I thought they would send rejections as well because they said everyone will know by Tuesday. I suppose we still have til around 6pm to wait for a call or email.

It wasn't super hard but it was still nicu specific. I think they are just trying to see how much you know, I don't think they choose solely based on who scored perfectly!

I think it was challenging for sure! They mentioned something about having a similar process for the residency interview. You did a simulation, clinical test, and speed dating style interview.

Phone screening was last week, interview was yesterday and they said we will hear back by Tuesday the 27th!

Can I ask what date you interviewed? I'm interviewing tomorrow and I'm curious how soon they made offers!

Can I ask if it was a hard interview? I'm not sure what to expect, did they ask clinical questions or mostly behavioral??
