I saw the CHOA Nurse Residency application was posted today so I wanted to start a thread. Good luck everyone!

Hey! I submitted my hirevue video late because it went to my spam folder. I havent heard back but sent them an email to let them know! 

Any updates from anyone else?

Is there anyone who submitted their application later (like last week) who has gotten an interview? Or does anyone know if they are still looking at applications? I applied last week and I'm worried I applied too late. I'm an external applicant. Any tips or information would be greatly appreciated.

I shadowed/interviewed the other day and am now waiting to hear back

Was this after your HireView Interview? If so, how long after that did you get a call about shadowing and another interview?

I did a phone screen with the recruiter in early January. She told me she would be sending my information to the unit for an interview/shadow and it was officially confirmed later that week! They actually just called with an offer so I am super excited! I hope we all end up as coworkers ?

I sent in the hireview interview on the 4th!

That is awesome, congrats!! If you wouldn't mind sharing, what type of stats & experience did you apply with? Just trying to see if my qualifications are realistic for a chance for an interview LOL

I definitely wouldn't worry! It's still so early, and I know each unit truly moves at a different pace regarding hiring! You got this!
