CHOA NICU

Hello all,

I am an adult med-surg nurse who is absolutely ready for a change. I have a year of experience and I would like to switch over to pediatrics. I have applications in at CHOA for the NICU and PICU. Does anyone currently work in the NICU here that can provide insight to work environment, nurse to patient ratio, and hiring practices? I would love the opportunity to interview here. If anyone has any information, I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance.
