Wanted to start a new forum for those of you applying for the RN New Grad Program for the Spetemper 2013 cohort.

I have an interview scheduled for tomorrow afternoon and received the same e-mail. It is strange and since the e-mail states that "you weren't selected for an interview", I am inclined to think it is an error. What department are you interviewing with?

I agree with you ladies, Nurse Danielle & ebeth... it's gotta be a weird glitch! Good luck to everyone with interviews and applications...whether our immediate future lies at CHLA or not, we will all find somewhere to shine! :)

p.s. Elsey, I am in the same boat as you for CV Acute! Thank you so much SoCalRN858 for the update... I wish you the best of luck with your next interviews as well!!

Good luck to you @curlywhirly! :) I'm waiting for BMT. And I definitely agree that that rejection email has to be a glitch since your appointments were already scheduled @ebeth and @nursedannielle so good luck tomorrow to you both as well!

Just finished my pre screening for cticu a couple hours ago. The person who called us to sched our interviews said that tomorrow is the last day of pre screening interviews. We will be notified if we make it to the second round or not by Wednesday. If you do not recieve a call by that time, there is a high possibility that you did not make it to the second round (30 mins with unit manager and 30 mins with unit staff nurses). If anyone is going tomorrow, please clarify this info. Thanks!
