Yes LA is very expensive. I applied to the program last year and I did my preceptorship in peds but did not get it. I am hoping since I have my license and have revamped my resume it will be different. As far as the packet if I can remember correctly I received the packet about 3 business days after submitting the app.
Specializes in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Geriatrics.
i think there are a total of 3 interviews: 1) panel 2) unit manager 3) unit manager, unit RNs, and a new grad from previous cohort. other than that, i don't really know...
do you guys know what you are gonna put down for your choices? i want to put NICU and my #1 but everyone does that! :/ and my other one will be oncology. i work at MD Anderson so i have a little experience in that area. hopefully that will get me right in the door :)
