I decided to create this thread for anyone applying to Children's Medical Center of Dallas for the July 2016 Nurse Residency Program! Good luck to everyone! If there are any current or past residents that would like to offer any advice, please feel free to do so!!!!! Good luck to everyone applying!

sarahb2024 - have you gotten an official email or anything from childrens? i still haven't heard anything and i've emailed and called my recruiters office phone :(

Yea I got an email asking for my references. I sent her an email yesterday asking for the official offer letter which I haven't gotten yet, but I haven't heard back from her regarding that. I know they send out "rejection" emails once everything is finalized so don't count yourself out until you get that email! They call with verbal offers first and then after that references and transcripts are requested in an email.

I also told her I had another offer from another facility and she told me immediately to expect an offer from them... so I think that definitely helped speed things up.
