Phone screening was last week, interview was yesterday and they said we will hear back by Tuesday the 27th!

How do you feel it went? Do you think the interview process will be similar for residency?

I think it was challenging for sure! They mentioned something about having a similar process for the residency interview. You did a simulation, clinical test, and speed dating style interview.

Eek sounds scary. Was it all nicu specific for the tests and sims? I wonder what they're looking for. General competency or nicu specific experience. I was considering applying to the next residency but trying to get a feel for the program before the next cycle opens.

It wasn't super hard but it was still nicu specific. I think they are just trying to see how much you know, I don't think they choose solely based on who scored perfectly!

Assuming if we haven't heard back by now we aren't getting an offer. Wish there was an update that offers have been made.
