Hi friends-- SOS is anyone else starting at CHLA who went to an out-of-state nursing school? I passed my (NC) NCLEX on Friday and just completed the application for endorsement. I am REALLY worried that my license will not be ready by our start date in March. Is anyone else in the same position?
As I mentioned, I am doing the the CA license by endorsement process. I am transferring my NC license to CA and was wondering how long this process has actually taken people from the time you submit your Breeze application. The website says a 10-12 week processing time, but frankly I am stressed and freaking out. However, I have heard from some that it doesn't take that long so I am curious what you have experienced/ if anyone else is dealing with this right now. Furthermore, is anyone else worried about this communication requirement!? Thanks!!
I endorsed mine from NJ and I would say the longest part of the process was the fingerprinting. I waited for 2 months then found out ny prints got rejected by mail so I had to fly out and do them in person and then it got approved within 2 weeks. If you submitted your fingerprints by mail, I would highly recommend flying in and getting them done to air on the side of caution :)
