hi everyone! found this a little late, but I applied to NICCU and PICU! I haven't recieved any emails so definitely getting discouraged, but good luck everyone and congrats to those who got an invitation!

I just finished! They ask some of the same questions on the essay questions from our application, why you want to be a Peds RN, why CHLA, a time you gave excellent care (adult or peds example but mainly peds if you can), how you will you adapt culturally relevant care. Wish I would've asked when we could expect to hear back for 2nd round interviews! They just said second round interviews if chosen would start from may 27-June 6 just like the timeline given at the info session and depending on the units 2nd round interviews could be in person! Good luck :)!

I asked them during my interview! They said that they make decisions by Saturday this week collectively, so hopefully by end of next week they have a decision and start scheduling for round 2 interviews. Best of luck to you all!
