I heard that interviews will start next week and I haven't seen a forum post about this cohort yet! Has anyone heard back to schedule interviews?

For those of you with zoom interviews, how are you guys going to navigate asking for their emails to send a thank you follow up?

Just had my interview with the PICU through teams. That was brutal. I did not feel very confident at all LOL

Hi everyone! Congrats on receiving second interviews! I was wondering if people were still waiting on their other unit preference? I applied to ED and Duque, but I haven't heard from Duque yet and I saw that they contacted people already. Are there other people on the same boat? ?

I only got a 2nd interview for one of the units I applied to, too. I think it's safe to say each unit is sending their invites to everyone they're inviting to interview at roughly the same time. So like each unit is on a slightly different timeline but from what I've seen interviews for the unit are all going out the same day or within 2 days. It is possible but rare (based on previous board posts) to get 2 unit interviews. 

That said, I think it's also possible that if they don't find the right fit in the first batch they interview that they could come back and cast a wider net!

They asked about my experience in leadership, how I would handle a difficult family member, death and dying question, why I wanted to be in the PICU
