Forum for the Children's Health July 2024 Nurse Residency cohort!

Do we know how many people are being hired for NICU? Or how many people were hired last year? I haven't heard anything yet after my interview they said 2 weeks

I have a friend that got a call for CC float on Monday. They interviewed Friday last week

I'm really starting to get discouraged since I haven't heard anything back after interviewing for NICU on Tuesday. Does anyone know if they already called everyone for NICU already? Been holding back tears for 2 days now. So devastated like it's not meant for me to be a nurse

I think it depends on the unit not necessarily the hospital

I feel the same /: but you know what, this does not define any of us who didn't get it. you ARE meant to be a nurse, something better is in store ❤️
