They also told me 2 weeks, I would wait till the 2 weeks are up to know if we didn't get hired or not! I honestly felt like in my interview for NICU they were not very invested in me at all. Like I felt like they already had their mind made up before we even interviewed IDK why.

same... when I was being interviewed a couple of the staff kept looking at their phones half of the time and granted my interview wasn't the best but it just made me even more distracted

Can anyone who got accepted into this program explain what was included in the application? Also, did GPA, recommendations, or prior experience seem very important? I want to apply next year and can't find much information about the application process of the program on their website.

Hey guys:) I'm putting together a spreadsheet to send out to the younger cohorts at my school with information about residencies in Texas. I'm looking for information about base pay, differentials, pay increases, sign-on bonuses, etc. so if you've accepted an offer from Children's (or any other hospital in the DFW) & would like to share your salary information so I can include it — you can comment or PM me. Here's my current list if you're curious & if there are any discrepancies that you know of let me know!
