Hi friends!

Does anyone know whether most applicants are selected to move on to the screening phase of the residency program application, or if only a select few are chosen?

When I and a girl in my cohort got screening forms we didn't get notifications until almost a month later that we weren't selected for interviews. Other people in my co hort applied and got rejected immediately- didn't even get screening forms. Your application status WILL NOT change in the system until you get an offer or an official rejection. Good luck contacting a recruiter, if you don't get an email about setting up an interview with a hiring manager you won't hear a peep.
