Howdy ?
Thought I'd create a thread for people applying to the October 2021 residency - which opens up tomorrow! Super nervous. What are everyone's preferred units? I'm really hoping Hem/Onc is hiring residents this time around.
Good luck everyone!
Been a while since I’ve checked this, sorry y’all!
Yes, my bad. This was definitely for their October start haha. Funny, I had emailed them a while back to ask when they would open applications for their Fall start and they told me they weren’t going to have an October start this year….weird. Plus the dates on their website were a little mixed up. Thus why I thought this was for February! Maybe they ended up needing more people than they thought? It’s great news for us though ?
Anyone else heard back? ??

I've also been checking this morning. Just wondering, but have you ever heard of anyone being accepted into the residency who already has a bachelor's degree but went to an ADN program and is currently pursuing their BSN? Or are they generally pretty strict about that?

I haven't. I see on the website to be eligible you must have your BSN and I think that's before starting-but not sure.
