From my HR recruiter Abby, the CVICU isn’t selecting anyone for interviews due to not having enough turnover. So, maybe that could apply to other units too? Good luck to everyone next week!

Nervous but good!! I am interviewing for general peds. How are you feeling? You're interviewing for PICU, right?

Yep, PICU ?! I am nervous as well. Behavioral questions do that to me LOL. 

I never heard anything from NICU so I'm not sure if they are accepting new grads this cohort or I just didn't hear anything back.

I haven't heard anyone get NICU, so maybe they didn't have any turnover. Very true – the part I don't like about behavioral questions, is they are all so similar so it's hard to know how to make answers unique.

My recruiter just emailed me saying they reached out to all the applicants they were interested in already.
