I had mine yesterday and I didn't have any zoom trouble during mine! It went well – they asked about 8 questions and then talked about the unit after. It goes straight from question to question, so just take deep breaths in-between! I am sure everyone will do great! Good luck!!

Same here! Mine was yesterday and it was pretty relaxed! Just be yourselves and I'm sure everyone will do amazing!

I finished mine this morning. Everyone was so nice and it was relaxed and they made me comfortable from the beginning of the interview. Definitely agree with just be yourself and have personal experiences you can reflect on for answers?

My recruiter and interviewer told me next week. That was for the PICU/Neuro Trauma! So, fingers crossed!! ?

Has anyone heard back today about job decisions for the med-surg or critical care float pools?

I just got a call, saying I had not received an offer for General Peds. But best of luck to you all, I am crossing my fingers for everyone!!
