They could be doing HR screening calls! I wouldn’t be worried ab it!! there’s still plenty of time to get a call ?

yes that’s exactly what I was saying it was and what I was told. he explained the timeline and what I could expect and asked about my resume, then at the end there were questions. I’m not going to stress out about it, I know this email and recruiter I literally talked to wasn’t fake. but good luck guys.

hopefully we all get phone interviews :), I would hate to think that they already chose people for the nicu spots, so fingers crossed! I wish I knew it opened up earlier though.

I have a phone interview tomorrow with a recruiter. Any tips? I also selected NICU, ED and PICU

When where you called to set up the interview? And when did you apply?

I applied on January 4th. I was contacted last week by a recruiter for a quick 30-minute (behavioral) interview.
