Hi guys! I am creating this thread for all of us who applied to the CHOC new grad residency program for August 2024. Hoping to use this for questions, support, and updates on the process!

Congratulations! CHOC's is $40.80.. The lowest of all OC & LA & SD county. Where are you working!! 48 is great!

Can't edit on here but I meant $47 at Miller Children's in LBC.

Congratulations! What an amazing opportunity! Miller Children's is a great hospital to start at as a new grad. I believe the pay comes out to over 50 with night differential included. If you have any questions, lmk! I did my clinicals at LBMMC and Miller Children's. Did you write a tailored cover letter to the unit or make a general cover letter?

Sorry for the delayed response - but my cover letter was definitely tailored to the unit.
