Child Abuse and Infection Control Certificates

Is it so that to be accepted for a NY NCLEX-RN, you need to send Child Abuse and Infection Control Certificates along with other papers ? Is this a must? And does NY NB accepts certificates earned and printed online? And do anyone knows where to find the websites which provide these certification programs online? Will be those online certificates valid?
