Chemistry Recertation?

I have Chemistry this fall and have to be in lecture and lab on Tuesday nights. I have to go in from 5:30pm-6:45 on Thursday's for recertation. What is that? What do you do in recertation? Thanks

oops... Its "recitation"... but I still don't know what you do in there... Any ideas would be appraciated
