haven't heard anything about either professors...nor bad nor good but i'm sure you'll be fine. Lab is a breeze, i thought. approach the lecture like a math class. there are rules to many different things, especially when you get to the organic part (carbon chemistry as my professor called it). i remember we needed memorization at first, up to first exam, but then the course went to a really logical place, like math, and if you keep that in mind then you will be fine. Like in Math, getting the rules down is key, not memorization. Take good notes so you can use them in doing some practice problems. alot of the students who didn't do well tried to memorize stuff especially when we got to the organic part instead of learning the rules and letting them guide you, etc...you'll get it when you get there
take care.
good luck!
