hb1722 nurses health program
introduced by rep. mary ann dailey rn, msn. would allow for the establishment of the the nurses health program statewide peer assistance program for registered, nurses and licensed practical nurses, which will identify, assist and monitor nurses experiencing mental health, alcohol, drug problems or that are or are likely to impair the ability to practice, so that they may return to practice safe nursing. psna strongly supports passage of this bill. referred to professional licensure, june 26, 2003.
