Hi! Starting a thread for Chattahoochee Tech Fall 2025 LPN nursing cohort. What are your stats? Does anyone know how long we are to receive an acceptance letter?
Reading the comments and I'm just so confused. Majority of yall should've been accepted. I applied to another ASN program and got accepted. I'll be attending to that program. So I'll be giving up my seat for LPN at Chattahoochee so hopefully one of you will get my seat. Good luck to you ladies and your future endeavors!

Wow! Your stats are amazing! I'm so sorry you didn't get in.
I emailed the director of the program. I had no idea there were two separate pools for each campus and altogether they accepted 70 students out of over 300 applicants. If I would have known this, I probably would have applied to Appalachian and not the Marietta campus as I'm sure majority probably applied to Marietta. My assumption was that if seats filled up at the campus you originally selected then it's still goes by overall points and you would be placed at the other campus. Her response is below.
"We have two cohorts starting in the Fall. One admitting cohort will be at the Appalachian campus and the other cohort will be at the Marietta campus. We asked potential students to chose which campus they were applying too. Based on that determination, two demographic pools were created so that Marietta people were in one and Appalachian were in the other. With that split, there were two separate pools of TEAS scores and credentials with the same criteria based on the candidate's campus preference.
We have a limited number of seats for students and for this cohort our maximum capacity is 70 students between the two campuses. We had over 300 qualified students for this very limited number. With a larger pool of students, it rises the point bar for those students within one applicant pool.
So to answer your concerns, yes, we are abiding by the stated criteria for Practical Nursing program admittance; however, each pool will have its own high and low criteria points in which to evaluate for admitting students for this cohort and any other future cohorts. Thanks for your inquiry."

Your stats are amazing. I applied to Central Georgia Tech, West Georgia Tech and Southern Crescent. The deadline for Central Georgia Tech and West Georgia Tech is on the 1st of June. Southern Crescent deadline is tomorrow but you have to take the HESI exam. Also be mindful if you're applying to Central Georgia Tech, you have to taken the TEAS exam in person. They do not accept TEAS scores that were done at home!

Wow so they changed the cohort size from 101 to 70. Aw man this hurts I wish the outcome was different .
Hello everyone,
Congrats to the one's that got accepted! I bet that's a wonderful feeling. I didn't get in which I'm kinda sad about but I have other plans. I'm going to reply for Spring 2026 at Chatt, apply to West GA Tech, and Georgia Piedmont Technical college. Also, I believe Atlanta Tech has an ASN program; I might try my luck there.
So I'm not giving up on my dreams of being a nurse. "It's not a denial it's only a detour"
good luck to everyone 🙂
