My Kaplan test is next Tuesday. I think the cut off score is 55. At least that was what one of the advisors told me.

That helps my hopes! Did they say that’ll be the score for this application period right now?

Last year application period it was 55. I had only 50 points after my second time applying.

I applied in June, I took Kaplan today via zoom and scored 77... now I jam just waiting to hear somthing. My CSN GPA is 2.9 but if they go by overall GPA I'm screwed.

They don’t only your CSN GPA.

Specializes in Geriatrics, LTC, Orthopedics, Pediatrics.

Hello fellow nurses. Took my Kaplan yesterday. I think I am the worst case scenario. My Kaplan score was 59. My GPA is 2.69. I'm applying but not really putting hope into getting in. Hopefully because of Covid 19 they will have some leniency. So I am working on other things like finishing my bachelor's in HIM. I have already cried my eyes out and now that's over it's time to move to the next phase of my life.

I hope this post helps someone who think their score are bad.

Do not let your test scores keep you from applying next year though. Study hard and if you really want this you’ll apply again. This my third time applying.

Does everyone have their pre-requisites completed? My Kaplan and profile scores are high, but I don't have all of my pre-requisites complete. I still need to take 3 more (micro, A&P 2+lab, fine arts) this fall and am nervous about not having all of my pre-reqs done. ?

Does anyone know when they are suppose to send the letters out after the application date closes since they extended to August 1?

May be in September

I took the Kaplan via Zoom in May & was told by Delgado twice that the scores would be sent automatically to CNS since they couldn't give us the score sheet we'd usually get in person. Was anyone else told this?

I didn’t trust that so I told the instructor of the zoom to email me my results.

Well since the two people I talked to both told me the same thing I figured I'd trust it /:

What I ended up doing though was when I emailed all my documents I attached a word doc stating that the reason my Kaplan sheet was not attached was because I was told by two staff members of the testing center that CNS would receive it automatically & that I would not have to send it in myself.. So hopefully they got it some way, no one emailed me asking for it or telling me any different so fingers crossed.
