Charity School of Nursing Spring 2018

Hi all! I am applying to CSN in Aug. for the Spring 2018 class. I just wanted to start a post to help answer questions and compare profile scores:) Does anyone know what the last application cut off was?

Maybe you should call or email Thornton. They forgot to add one of my classes from LSU.

Unfortunately I am still waiting. I called but of course her voicemail says just to email her. Just try to hope for the best. I am 100 percent sure they mistakenly missed a class so I am hoping I can hear back from her. I can only imagine how many emails she has.

Is that true? I find it odd that the applications did not state that. I wonder why they would change requirements after the applications have been turned in.

Did they change the requirements? I'm at work so I haven't been able to check the mail today. I was denied last fall. I'm praying I get in this time around

I got my acceptance letter today and it states that A and P 2 and Psych Must be completed prior to January 2018.

It looks like they changed having to complete A&P 2 before you start the program. Before you only had to complete A&P 1.

@jgrayson I am taking it now so it technically it is in progress but will be completed by then. I wonder if they will accept that

I am taking it now as well bc my a and p 2 was over 10 years and I got in. Looks like as long as it's completed before January you are fine but I do remember seeing that that didn't matter so I'm not sure when they changed that.

I don't think you misunderstood bc I remember seeing that you didn't need to have a and p 2 completed prior to starting.
