  1. Hey! Did you reapply to Holy Cross? I got accepted this 2nd time around🤗
  2. I got in for Fall 2018!!!!! I received my acceptance letter in the mail today!!
  3. I am so nervous as well lol! This is my second time applying. The first time I was not a UHC student and I had none of their pre-reqs completed. I will have all my pre-reqs done by the summer! Like May can't get here fast enough lol! I'm trying to see why does it take so long to make a decision lolí ½í¹„
  4. Hi! Is this your first time applying? Or second? Are you done taking your pre-reqs? Are you confidant you will get in? Lol!
  5. Hello, crist_mb, When are you applying? Have you finished UHC pre-requisites yet?
  6. So I can't find any recent threads for University of Holy Cross(UHC), formally Our Lady of Holy Cross, located in New Orleans:( Is anyone applying to the BSN program for fall 2018? Are you confident you will get in? Are you finish your pre-reqs for UHC? Is this your first time applying or second,etc...?
  7. You're so welcome! Yes you attend Chairtiy campus on S. Claiborne Ave in New Orleans, but you do clinicals at local hospitals.
  8. You can contact Koren E. Thornton Admissions Coordinator Delgado Community College Charity School of Nursing Campus 450 S. Claiborne Avenue New Orleans, LA 70112 ph. 504-571-1391 fax. 504-568-5494 [email protected] Here is DCC requirements page etc... http://www.dcc.edu/documents/academics/charity-school-nursing/admission-requirements.pdf Here is the scoring sheet used to accept or deny: http://www.dcc.edu/documents/academics/charity-school-nursing/rnprofile.pdf The counselor on the Westbank campus is Alfreda Bell. Good luck! Oh and it doesn't have to be a long essay or paragraph. Ms. Thornton stated this in one of the sessions, that the paragraph could be short and does not determine wether you get accepted or not!
  9. Charity decision letters come in March. So now I have 54 hours transferred and I don't know how many of those hours transferred to my nursing curriculum. I think I'm leaning more towards Holy Cross (HC)! I love it at HC!! I will still apply to charity as back up,but I can't see myself not getting accepted to HC!
  10. How many hours did they transfer? I only see 32 hours on my transcript. They are missing my math classes(which I see none) and some other classes. I am in Pathophysiology and English literature at Holy Cross Now, but I'm applying to Holy Cross and Charity in January. Well hopefully I can start Charity in Januaryí ½í¹„
  11. They didn't email descisions this time, I only got a rejection letter in a small envelope. They emailed about making a one on one appointment through this new system they set up. The system is like the one they use when you want to see an advisor at Delgado.
  12. My profile score was a 60 as well. Yes you can apply to both the RN and LPN program at the same time! I read an older post where someone applied to both and got accepted to both.
  13. So everyone who got in, they don't put your profile score on your letter? I keep seeing people say they think their profile score was... They put the profile score on the denial letter.
  14. It looks like they changed having to complete A&P 2 before you start the program. Before you only had to complete A&P 1. http://www.dcc.edu/documents/academics/charity-school-nursing/rnprofile.pdf
