Changing jobs while pregnant?

I have currently been employed for over a year now on night shift in a ICU. I hate night shift and me and my NM have decided that I will be the first to go to days when the opportunity arises but I had been thinking about leaving and trying a different department and another hospital. A couple weeks ago I found out I was pregnant:) So now i feel stuck. Just about all of our nurses have left and now we only have 3 (THREE) full time night shift nurses, so that puts us on mandatory overtime. I talked to my NM and it would be around August before I could go to days. Im due in October I feel like i just cant do night shift for another month, not only that the TWO other nurses I work with I can not stand for instance they are giving me a hard time about not wanting to take a patient with the Flu and certain infections I know I should not be around. I cry every night before I go to work just because I hate being there so much. I guess im just being a whiny baby. Just need some advice. Stick it out for 7 more months and be miserable or just leave and not have FMLA and change insurance?
