I am looking into alternative methods for communicating EMR changes with caregivers. Emails do not seem to be cutting it.
How does your health system/hospital communicate changes to caregivers? Is it helpful? What changes would you suggest?

Emails, and a newsletter that is... wait for it...
Emailed.
Best platform to reach the high number of staff. They are expected to be checking their emails at least twice a week, if not more.

Our EMR (Epic based platform) has all the changes listed when you first log in. You have to check a box stating that you read and understood it before you can move on to chart.
